Hi, my name is Brett Adkins and I’m the founder of Front Desk 👋

I have worked in digital product development my entire career, recently serving as a Digital Product Manager at Boston Children’s Hospital and a Boston-based EdTech company, where I led the implementation of an AI-Powered Chatbot to assist our customers with getting the support they need.
